Eligibility of Tenderer : As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS)N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender.1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.2.The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Average annual construction turnover(AACT)/Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Any certificate other than the standard format will not be considered for ACCT calculation.3.For the calculation of Average annual construction turnover(AACT) the tenderer must submit the summary of certificates as per the format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section along with all the individual certificates4. For the calculation of tender capacity the tenderer must submit the summary of works in progress/hand be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section5.In the case of liquid asset, certificate and statement from bank issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website or credit facilities as per the format for the Credit Line without alteration, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
