Tenders are invited for Repair and Maintenance Services for the Electromechanical System and Lifting Equipment System of Building 33, Fort Road, Ma Kau Shek (November 2024 to October 2027)
4. The subject of the service provided: To provide maintenance and repair services for the electromechanical system and lifting equipment system in the entire building on the site, including the air-conditioning system, BMS system, power supply and lighting system, backup generator and lightning rod system, water supply and drainage system, Fire protection systems, lifts and escalators, lifting gondola systems, weak current systems and other facilities.
5. Service period: November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2027 (thirty six months).
