Conditions:
1. Eligible bidders shall submit their respective bids to the item stated above together with supporting documents in a three (3) envelops system to the Local BAC Chairman Barangay Calabayan, Ozamiz City not later than October 11, 2021.
2. Eligible bidders shall also submit their Business Permit CY 2021 in Photocopy.
Requirements:
1. 1.5% bidders bond in form of cash or surety bond from an authorized bonding company for the total bid price.
