A Complete set of Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
application to the Regional Director of Health Services, Batticaloa, Trinco Road, Batticaloa, From 12.08.2024 to 26.08.2024 on
office hours up to 15.001irs upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1, 500.00
Bids shall be valid up to 49 days from bid closing date 27.08.2024
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, issued in favor of the Regional Director of Health Sendees, Batticaloa, for an amount
of Sri Lankan Rupees mentioned in Table-01, which should be obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka,
approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to 15.10.2024. The Bid security should be “unconditional on demand” and in
the format given with the bidding documents.
Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee and delivered in duplicate to the office of Regional Director
of Health Services, Batticaloa, Trinco Road, Batticaloa.
The deadline for submission of bids will be 10.00 a.m. on 28.08.2024 and bids will be opened soon after the closing. Late bids shall
be rejected.
