The work program provides for the renovation of the roof of the Haie Vigne gymnasium in CAEN: - Treatment of rusty steel trays and replacement if necessary of the trays (including roofing, gutters, roof penetration - Replacement of flashing strips - Change and rework of the gutters with pecompliant - Treatment of all roof penetrations - Renovation of parapet walls - Creation of roof access (skydomes and crinoline ladder) - Adaptation of EPCs according to the location of the new accesses.
