Eligibility of Tenderer : (1). Tenderer must have up to date trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (3.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5), Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.(3). The satisfactory completion experience certificate of similar repair and maintenance experience of minimum Tk.[3.00 Lakh] only of at least one [1] contract in the last [5] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(4). The installation and commissioning of the 3500 capillary system will be performed by the bidder using a certified service engineer.
