Eligibility of Tenderer : Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.A satisfactory completion of Furniture supply/maintenance or similar works of at least Tk. 3.0 lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.8.0 lac over the last 5 years.During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.75 Lac (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration) (CPTU STD PW-2a). Please see section 7 for PW2a-3 form.Minimum Tender Capacity should be 4.00 lac.The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
