Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer should have NID, currently valid Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate etc.The minimum Number of Years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 ( Five ) years.The minimum specific experience (related work) as a Prime Contractor in Road Repairing works of at least one contract(s) of similar nature, Road Repairing works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 11, 50, 000.00 ( Eleven Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka). Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The required average annual Road Repairing works turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50, 00, 000.00 ( Fifty Lakh Taka) over best 3 years in the last five (5) years. Turnover will be calculated on the basis of year wise payment certificate against the works from the respective department that should be supported by the following documents :- i) Work order/Notification of award of the works. ii) Completion Certificate of the works as related work ( In case of completed project). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15, 00, 000.00 ( Fifteen Lakh Taka). Original Certificate in support of liquid asset i.e. working capitals or credit facilities issued from the bank within 28 days before the date of submission of tender will be accepted.Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet of the Tender Documents.
