The Municipality currently uses a financial (ERP) system, which is at the end of its life cycle.

The Municipality intends to start an assignment in which both the solution, the implementation partner (including management) and the associated change process will be fully developedeasked. The design, including the processes and the exceptions we allow ourselves, receive our attention. The Municipality realizes that, with the move to a SAAS/Cloud configuration, there are fewer options to deviate from the design offered and wants as little customization as possible. The Municipality intends to replace the current processes within the ERP system with a smarter, more agile and high-quality solution that is in line with theambition, objectives and requirements of the Municipality.
