The subject of the public contract is the partial reconstruction of the existing public lighting system in the city of Jičin. This will involve the replacement of light fixtures, power cables, and connection terminals. Inconvenient existing lights that do not meet the current requirements will be dismantled and replaced with new modern onesactive LED lights. In total, this involves the replacement of 630 luminaires installed on existing steel masts and on concrete and wooden poles and the addition of 40 new luminaires placed on new steel masts.
The new luminaires equipped with LED light sources will be equipped with an intelligentcommunication module enabling two-way communication with the lighting system manager. Control software must also be part of the delivery - for more details, see Appendix No. 4 ZD_System řizeni Jičin.
The client requires achieving maximum savings in electrical energy. The total power consumption of all newly designed luminairesit must not exceed the value of 22.97 kW without using power attenuation during the night. The participant proves the above-required saving in electrical energy by filling in the installed wattage of the luminaires designed by him according to the total field in the table Specification of luminaires - see appendix no. 6. The participant then fills in the resulting valueto the Offer Form - see Appendix No. 1. In the event of exceeding the declared installed power, the participant's offer will be rejected and the participant will be excluded from further participation in the tender procedure due to failure to meet the technical conditions of the tender documentation.
