Re -registration of a service provider for the processing of the video material of the plenary sessions of the Hessian Landtag for a video archive (post -production)
Post production of approx. 24 hours of video material on the plenary sessionsof the Hessian state parliament for i. d. R. ten session weeks per year (Tuesday to Thursday; a total of approx. 240 hours of video material). In individual cases, the session length on the plenary days can also be exceeded or there may be unscheduled special sessions. Through a longerSession duration or additional sessions or special sessions can be delayed in the creation of the preliminary stenographic protocols and an additional effort for the processing of the video material and the subtitles, which must be billed by the hour. The effort canabout a week in front of the plenary sessions.
The video material is provided on a digital storage medium in the format H.264 for processing in Full HD Image quality (max. 1920x1080p) after the end of the meeting or the following day for collection
