Detailed_Description : Autodesk software license subscriptions with maintenance and support for AutoCAD and Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) Collection Software Suites.

Scope of Work : The acquisition of AutoDesk licenses with maintenance and support subscription for AutoCAD and AEC Collection Software Suite Annual Renewals: a)For Thirty Six (36) Months - covering June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027. Extension options are as described in Article eight (8) of the RFB b)Maintenance Subscription for the AutoCAD and AEC Collection Software Suites (provided by AutoDesk) includes the following:i.Access to software updates and enhancements (bug fixes, patches, upgrades) ii. Access to an expedited online user-community support forum. Forum posts that are not responded to by the user-community are escalated to the Autodesk product support team if the user-community does not respond to the question within 24 hours. Autodesk will follow-up on any posts not marked as completed. iii. Online subscription usage reporting with user details, account administration, user administration, single sign-on (SSO)iv. 8x5 live support. Contact AutoDesk and reseller for help during local business hours in English.v. Web case support from an AutoDesk specialist within one business day.iv. Access to Autodesk online support, including a knowledge base with help documents, tutorials, training videos, and an extensive collection of Autodesk technical solutions and community support forum threads.
