The Netherlands Ministry of Defence (NLD MOD) is considering renewing one of its Communication Electronic Support Measure (C-ESM) systems employed in the maritime domain and invites potential suppliers for these systems to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). Additionally, in an unrelated project, the NLD MOD is working on adapting an existing ESM system for maritime deployment and invites potential suppliers of seaworthy antennas to respond to this RFI as well. Although these are two different subjects, the NLD MOD considers them related closely enough to combine the questions for both subjects in one RFI. The NLD MOD invites any interested party to respond to all or a selection of the questions.
