The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is interested in acquiring information regarding Radiation meters prior to publishing af tender. Due to this DALO has decided to initiate a technical dialogue with the market. The radiation meter will be used to measure the dose and dose rate in connection with radioactive fallout i.e. with an accident at a nuclear power plant and will form part of the emergency preparedness. DALO is looking for information regarding handheld and ruggedized radiation meters. As part of the preparation for the possible future tender, DALO would like to request information regarding some specific topics from potential suppliers.The purpose of this request is to understand how the best possible tender can be arranged both for DALO and the suppliers according to the EC regulation. DALO would ask potential bidders to review and answer the questions contained in the Request for Information (RFI) response sheet available via Ethics Sourcing Services. To gain acces to the document suppliers are requested to sign up on Ethics Sourcing Services which is free of charge. DALO would like to emphasize that participation in this RFI will not influence your participation in a possible future tender. We ask you to respond in writing.
