We are carrying out this request for information as part of a market survey commissioned by the customer, with which we will find out the market situation of the availability of the premises of the Immigration Office's Helsinki reception center and the service point for private accommodation. We are primarily looking for common spaces for both functions.

HNOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.

Premises must have, among other things, the following characteristics:

• Premises must be located in the Helsinki region

• Premises must be located along smooth transport connections.

• The indoor climate of the premises to be offered must be terwatery and the premises must be inspected according to the Senate's model. Our client's operations require safe and healthy premises.

• In the more detailed planning of the premises, the facility model, work environment and premises concept of the Immigration Office's reception centers are applied

Facilities towardsIt will be implemented in accordance with this market survey, the attached space program (Appendix 2) and applying the facility model, work environment and business premises concept of the Immigration Office's reception centers.

According to the land plan, the area is estimated to be around 5700 m2, the areas indicated in the land plan are suthose who give The premises consist of the following units

• Reception center for about 300 guests.

• A service point for private accommodation with at least 30 reception rooms where social, health and counseling services are implemented

The location criteria for the premises are:
