This RFI is being issued with the objective of: · Engaging Industry and providing initial context pertaining to Canada-s requirements early in the process to better understand both needs and available solutions prior to the drafting of the Statement of Requirements. The target audience will be potential suppliers of the solution; · Alerting Industry and obtaining feedback on PSPC-s intent to reimagine the Government of Canada-s HR and Pay client and user experiences, redesign business processes, replace the current Case Management Tool (CMT), and identify impacted systems in the Government of Canada HR and Pay applications landscape; et · Helping Canada to obtain the pertinent information that will assist in evolving the business case for a new CCRM solution.
