This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Health Shared Services Saskatchewan (“3sHealth”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to 3sHealth and provide the information requested below for the GOS, Ministry of Health, Saskatchewan Aids to Independent living (SAIL) Respiratory Equipment Program.
Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Automatic Positive Airway Pressure (APAP or AutoCPAP) flow generators and ventilators are benefits under the Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living (SAIL) Respiratory Equipment Program. Currently, records indicate on average 3, 600 devices are provided for home use to patients in Saskatchewan. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from vendors regarding their flow generator and ventilator respiratory devices to understand the available options and capabilities in the market. This will inform our decision-making process for potential procurement.
