The focus of this Request for information is to gather information on multi-modal journey planner SaaS solutions on the market. Purpose of the service is to replace VR-s existing journey planner with a modern solution which enables multi-modal, modern and efficient door-to-door journey planning in VR-s various sales channels. Our goal is to increase train-s modal share from other transportation modes and with our multi-modal new journey planner solution we want to challenge the easiness of car use. This request for information aims at obtaining information on multi-modal journey planner solutions that meet the needs of VR, in order to enable an appropriate call for tenders to be made. This document is not a procurement announcement or a call for tenders, but a detailed market research, i.e. a request for information.
