The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invited Company/Firm to submit a Proposal to conduct the Enhancement and further development of the Yemen Education Management Information System (EMIS), in accordance with the present solicitation document.The Request forProposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the Annexes that are stipulated and attached to this procurement notice.Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted via electronic submission (email), as per clause "16. Marking of Proposals" stipulated under ANNEX I Instructions to Offerors" no later than March 12, 2024 before 18:00 hour Beirut local time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses.Offeror are requested to acknowledge the receipt of this Procurement Notice and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a proposal.
