1. Purpose:1.1 The purpose of this Request for Rapid Need Assessments Services (Gender andImmunization) as per Terms of Reference/Statement of Work attached at Annex B.2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:5th December 2023, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2023-9186897 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 5th December 2023, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time).No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.
