REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSectoral diagnostics of informality in agriculture, forestry, fishing, and aquaculture sectorThe ILO Country Office for Nepal invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified institutions to conduct a sectoral diagnostic of informality in agriculture, forestry, fishing, and aquaculture sector.Project Title: Enabling Sectoral Pathways towards Formality for Vulnerable Workers, and Enterprises in Nepal's Informal Economy (NPL/23/01/RBS)Empowered Women Prosperous Nepal (NPL/22/05/EUR)Purpose: The diagnostics of factors, characteristics, causes and circumstances of informality in the agriculture forestry, fishing and aquaculture sector will inform the design and implementation of sector specific and related transversal approaches to facilitate the transition of workers and economic units to the formal economy.Work Duration:April to August 2024Deadline for Submission of Proposal:15 March 2024The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified national and international institutions to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically to ktm_procurement@ilo.org by 17:30hrs on Friday, 15th March 2024 using the subject heading "Sectoral Diagnostics - Agriculture". Please follow the link for the submission of proposal, RFP Template, Annex-III- ToR, Termsals should be sent in separate emails.Interested institutions are requested to comply with all instructions, forms, contract provision and specifications contained in the RFP template to avoid rejection. The ILO may also reject a proposal that does not provide all information requested which is necessary for assessment of the proposal by the ILO.
