This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for City of Abbotsford - Enterprise Phone System Replacement (Microsoft Teams Operator Connect), as further described in the RFP document.
The project aims to enhance the City-s existing communication infrastructure and leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Teams for improved collaboration and productivity. The successful proponent is to provide comprehensive implementation, training, and ongoing support services for Microsoft Teams Operator Connect. Project implementation and training is expected to run from June 2025 to September 2025, followed by ongoing support services. The term of the contract is for a period of five years, with an optional extension of two 2-years period, by mutual agreement.
