The scope of this quotation is for the supply and delivery of a Community Satisfaction Survey for Temora Shire Council. This is a limited term contract of up to fourteen (14) weeks.The Contractor will be required to:• conduct a representative telephone survey of 300 adult residents to: (a) assess resident current levels of satisfaction; and (b) better understand the community-s priorities with regard to services and facilities, using a random and statistically valid sample. • The survey should also determine baseline measure of perception of quality of life and to address ad hoc measures outlined in the framework for measuring Council-s progress against the Integrated Planning documents and to inform future Community Strategic Planning. • Specifically, the research should address the following objectives: 1. Measure community wellbeing including perceived quality of life, Council-s achievement of vision statement and perception of achievement of Council and the community-s aspirations 2. Assessing and establishing the community's priorities and satisfaction in relation to Council activities, services and facilities; 3. Identifying the community's overall level of satisfaction with Council's performance to compare to historic surveys and provide a benchmark for comparison to other similarly sized Local Government Areas (LGAs); 4.
