Executive Summary :-This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Modifying a Payment Gateway Open-Source Code, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Government of Bermuda seeks to modify the open-source code of GOV.UK Pay for local use on the gov.bm. The objective is to provide the public with a consistent and uniform experience when paying online. The modification of the code for the purposes of Bermuda will provide the Government with the necessary functionality to:
