Low Cost Unmanned Maritime Solution

PURPOSE This Request for Solutions (RFS) is issued to address the need of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division in support of OUSD R&E DASD P&E Maritime Domain Portfolio is seeking solutions for multi-mission operability and survivability requirements while also being capable of prescribed communication and detection methods. The Government is requesting two different low cost, unmanned maritime prototype solutions that vary in overall length and corresponding capabilities. The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding multiple Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 4022.

BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY EMC2 Vendors interested in responding to this RFS must be members of the Expeditionary Missions Consortium - Crane (EMC2) consortium. Interested parties may visit emccrane.org for membership information. This project will be managed by a Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division Project Manager. The deadline for all solutions is December 10, 2024, at 12pm (Noon).
