The NCA is seeking to implement a new arrangement with a partner to deliver ICT Managed Service to a high-quality service management capability. The Services and responsibilities of the successful Tenderer include : - managing day-to-day operations of the Services, providing available, secure, and efficient IT services and business systems to support the NCA-s operational requirements; - overseeing the governance, coordination, and management of IT services, ensuring alignment with the NCA-s objectives, and delivering high quality service; - working closely with the NCA-s business areas and Other Service Providers to maintain seamless integration, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals; - providing a responsive Service Desk as the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests; - managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices and applications, including deployment, updates, and troubleshooting, to enable seamless business continuity and productivity; - managing the NCA-s Azure Cloud environment and ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security; - act as the central point of coordination and oversight for the NCA-s range of business systems, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions with Other Service Providers; - delivering addi...
