Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is research and development in the field of machine learning and processing of signals using the method of ballistocardiography ("BCG") for analysis of physiological (vital) parameters. The supplier will ensure the following outputs:

a.

Development and optimization of neural networks (machine learning models) designedFor analysis and interpretation of data obtained by the BCG method. The output will be the design of algorithms to detect and predict the health status of BCG data, such as exitus with reliability at least 85 %.Extraction of relevant characteristics. The output will be the design of algorithms, allowing the calculation of vital functions (heart rate or respiratory frequency) of the animal at least for 75 % of the time for which the animal is calmly on the mat. Furthermore, the output of the determination of the animal's activity will be for the duration of the placement on the mat and the designalgorithms for detection of awakening from anesthesia.

c. Output will be the processing of at least 1000 h data in at least 100 animals and a version of at least 200 hExperiments with the location of sensors.
