Apolowil Consultants is a research and evaluation consultancy firm recently registered in Rwanda. We frequently engage national and international consultants, who are experts/specialists in conducting research including project/program evaluations and market surveys. In order to expand our pool of professionals in the country, we are in the process of creating a roster of suitable Research associate consultants to be considered for short term consultancy activities. We are looking for experts in the following thematic areas:

Maternal and Child Health
Education
Gender
Public Health
Food Security
Nutrition
Climate change
Environmental management
Governance and democracy
Interested individuals must have relevant experience in implementing social development projects/programs and have the following skills: relevant degree (Masters/PhD), experience in developing technical and financial proposals, coordinating data collection, data analysis (quantitative/qualitative), have good report writing skills and be comfortable with professional oral presentations to colleagues and clients.
