This department has 3 main functions that are delivered via the Platform:1. FCC's Vision panel- A research panel of 3800+ primary producers, agribusinesses and food and beverage companies from across Canada. Surveys are designed, distributed and analyzed through technology2. Customer Experience measurement (Cx)- This used to distribute a series of customer experience surveys to FCC customers. 3.
