The aim of this architectural design competition is to select the developer of the best architectural design for the given territory, which will, on the basis of a special procedure leading to the conclusion of the contract, be refined into an architectural study in accordance with the comments of the jury and the announcer of the competition, and subsequentlyincluded in the project documentation of the housing complex as a basis for construction proceedings and the implementation project, which will be attached to the application for the issuance of a building permit; without engineering activity.
