Restricted procedure with prequalification, pursuant to art. 5 of EC Regulation no. 1370/2007, for the awarding of the interurban, urban and urban area local public transport service in the Cremona and Mantua basin.

In coherence with the current TPL basin program of Cremona andMantua (available on the website www.agenziatpl.crmn.it), the service is structured into two lots, respectively the lot corresponding to the territory of the province of Cremona and the lot corresponding to the territory of the province of Mantua. It foresees (financial year 2024) approximately 9.25 million vehiclesm per year (of which 7.60 million interurban and 1.65 million urban and urban area, including innovative DRT services) for the Cremona lot and 7.49 million trains*km per year (of which 5.07 million interurban and 2.42 million urban area) for the Mantua lot.

The duration of the assignment is equal to8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6years 9.

The overall value of the service including VAT, expected on the basis of the tender, is approximately €38.64 million (of which €22.56 million for the Cremona sub-basin and €16.08 million for the Mantua sub-basin ) including the resources of the Pact for the TPL (law 24/12/2007 n. 244, art. 1, paragraphs 295 and 296) and d8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6and contributions for the renewal of the CCNL. Separately, the tariff concessions are annually compensated and adjusted, estimated for 2023 at €0.91 million (of which €0.50 million for the Cremona sub-basin and €0.41 million for the Mantua sub-basin).
