Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the tender document.2. Nationality shall be accordance with USAID Code 937 (The United States, the recipient country, and developing countries other than advanced developing countries).3. The transportation of any shipments by ocean or air and related delivery services are required to be transported by privately owned United State vessel or air charter, otherwise prior approval is required in writing fromUSAID through JWC-Miyahuna.4. The Bidders shall submit their offers for complete lot and the offers will be assessed and awarded according to the BOQ and the tender conditions.5.
