The offer includes EMG equipment incl. include all hardware and software components that are necessary to fulfill all minimum requirements in the Requirements Specification.

Region Central Jutland, Region North Jutland, Region Southern Denmark and Region Zealand can make use of the framework agreement.

Region North Jutland, Region South Denmarkrk and Region Zealand participate as an option and can enter into the contract on 18.05.2026 at the latest.

In connection with the conclusion of the contract, a separate contract and contract annexes will be drawn up (except contract annexes 5, 17 and 19 which are already included in the tender materials in one copy for each participatinggion) for each of the other participating regions.
