The tool should also provide OPB-s Client Services Advisors with the ability to collaborate with members in real time in planning retirement scenarios during advisory sessions. The enhanced tool should increase the overall usage, reducing member effort leading to higher member engagement and satisfaction, facilitating advisory services and improving member-s overall experience and adoption of the tool. Related required services include but are not limited to implementation, training, maintenance and support and solution upgrade and future functions as required.
