1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilizationn Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from from private and community radio stations, with a view to establishing a partnership to relay and rebroadcast selected content from the programs of Guira FM, the United Nations radio in the CentralAfrican Republic. The said content should be relayed in real time or rebroadcast as conditioned and broadcast by Guira FM. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby requests expressions of interest (M.I) from private and community radio stations, with a view to establishing a partnership to relay and rebroadcast selected content from the programs of Guira FM, the United Nations radio in the Central African Republic. Said content should be relayed in real time or rebroadcast as required.edited and broadcast by Guira FM. 2. The following weekly educational magazines are earmarked for broadcast under the partnership with community radios:• Le Mandat (20 minutes)• Carrefour des Droits de l'Homme (20 minutes)• Et si on en talk! (20 minutes)• Echo of the rural world (20 minutes)• Desarment and reintegration of ex-combatants (DDRR) (5 minutes)• Let's talk about the UN (5 minutes)• What does the law say? (5 minutes)• Economic Tribune (20 minutes)• Sante Magazine (20 minutes)The following weekly educational magazines are intended to be distributed as part of the partnership with the radprivate and community ios: - The Mandate (20 minutes) - Human Rights Crossroads (20 minutes) - What if we talked about it! (20 minutes) - Echo of the rural world (20 minutes) - Disarmament and reintegration of ex-combatants (DDRR) (5 minutes) - Let's talk about the UN (5 minutes) - What does the law say? (5 minutes)-Economic Tribune (20 minutes)- Sante Magazine (20 minutes)3. Alongside these nine (9) programs, partner radios would also be required to broadcast public awareness spots and sketches produced by MINUSCA and the UN community. In addition to these nine (9) programs, partner radio stations will have tot also broadcast awareness spots and sketches produced by MINUSCA and the United Nations community. 4. Interested private and community radio stations are invited to submit their expression of interest clearly marked "Expression of interest - "Retransmission and rebroadcasting of selected content from GUIRA FM programs, MINUSCA, Central African Republic", by e-mail to minusca-eoi@un.org, no later than Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 5 p.m. (Bangui local time). interested private and community radio stations are invited to submit their expression of interestinterest clearly marked "Expression of interest - "Retransmission and rebroadcast of selected contents of GUIRA FM programs, MINUSCA, Central African Republic", by email to minusca-eoi@un.org, no later than Tuesday, February 13 2024, at 5 p.m. (local time)de Bangui). 6.
