The purpose of this public contract is to develop, production (including material purchase), testing and supply of RF sources (gyrotron) for ECRH (hereinafter referred to as "gyrotron") for the Compass-u Tokamak for basic research. It also includes the supplier's obligation to deliver under the conditions agreed in the contract below andtransfer property right to gyrotron to the client. Gyrotron must fully comply with the requirements and specification specified in the tender documentation, including including identification of the goods, quantities and technical parameters listed in the technical specification and in the schedule of price and delivery.
