DFØ provides self-service systems where users can, amongst other things, log times, journeys, approve invoices, hours, etc. If a user needs assistance to use our systems, they can contact us via telephone, email (case system), or via chat. DFØ's existing contract for a chatbot is expiring, and we would therefore like to familiarise ourselves with what systems are currently available on the market. DFØ would like written feedback on how your system can contribute to supporting the different needs in the form of answers to several different questions.
