Sweden's Allmaennytta conducts systematic work to support member companies to build housing at a reasonable cost and to a high quality. Over the years, this has been done through our Kombohus, which are largely multi-apartment buildings and building systems procured under framework agreements to varying extents. This oneRFI refers to apartments in detached houses. The most recent procurement relating to single-family houses, i.e. houses on one or two floors with a ground floor entrance, was completed in May 2022.

Sveriges Allmaennytta intends to review how a future procurement for single-family houses should look like and what the requirements are construction processone, building system and design that must be put in place today in order to procure a housing product that will last for a long time to come and provide housing at a reasonable cost and rent. As part of the analysis, suppliers, contractors and architects are invited to respond to this Request for Information (RFI).
