Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCH”) has issued this RFI for the purpose of identifying respondents (“Respondents”) that are interested in and capable of providing convalescent care services (the “Services” and as further described herein) for 10 beds in a facility located in Richmond, British Columbia (“Facility”) that the Respondent owns or leases; or
have a owned or leased Facility in Richmond that they can lease or sub-lease to VCH to provide convalescent care program for 10 beds.
