This required extensive modification of the ventilation system designated for the AAS. The physical footprint of the PinAAcle is essentially identical to our current instrument so no further adjustments and cost would be required. The lamps that we already have (to measure zinc, cadmium, and manganese) are compatible with the new instrument so we would not need to purchase new lamps, which would not be possible if purchased through another vendor.
