The Naval Research Lab (NRL) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Midwest Microwave Solutions, LLC. in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), for the acquisition of Midwest Microwave Solutions Model WRx-8800-200 Eight Channel Wideband Digital Receivers with independent tuning. This acquisition will provide three initial units that meet the following salient characteristics of the required eight channel digital receiver:

Eight input channels Only independent tuning for each channel Input frequency range of 30 to 8, 000 MHz -20 - +60 deg C operating temperature range Ethernet remote access Analog Devices AD9689 Digitizer TI TMS320C6457 SOM Digital Signal Processor Input bandwidth selections of 40 MHz, 100 MHz, and 200 MHz Dual 40 Gb I/Q Data Transport via QSFP+ ports Size of 5.1” x 6.9” x 6.1” Approx weight of 15 lbs Digitized IF Output of IQ data in SDDS, SDDSx, VITA-49 formats Maximum RF input of +15 dBm Gain of 15 dB nominal above RF input 40 dB range of manually controlled gain
