91207 Heriot Bay and 91177 Whaletown Temporary Barge/Landing Craft Service
This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent(s) to provide barge / landing craft services between Heriot Bay, Quadra Island and Gorge Harbour, Cortes Island while the Whaletown terminal is closed during February 2026. The service will primarily transport commercial vehicles delivering essential goods and services to Cortes Island. The service may also occasionally transport personal vehicles, such as cars and pick-up trucks, as required.
