The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide technical assistance to support efforts towards eliminating gender inequalities and address gender barriers that affect the health and rights of women and girls, especially those living with or affected by HIV and, support the strengthening of institutional capacity and capacity of communities to lead advocacy towards reverting the pushback against the human and sexual reproductive rights of women with HIV, key populations and LGBTIQ communities.The incumbent will deliver the following products and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:- Product 1. Technical assistance is provided to countries to strengthen legal and policy environments and monitor progress towards implementing gender-transformative activities within the HIV response through key initiatives, national studies, and funding requests.- Product 2: 2024- 2025 gender-transformative advocacy strengthened to further the agenda of the rights of women living with HIV in Latin America and the Caribbean (the consultant will coordinate with UNAIDS...
