Yukon University seeks proposals for a modern and comprehensive Admissions and CRM System to enhance its recruitment, application, and registration processes.This procurement opportunity is designed to engage vendors capable of delivering a solution that streamlines operations, improves applicant experiences, and integrates seamlessly with existing systems like the Student Information System (SIS). The selected solution must support data security, scalability, CRM capabilities, implementation, and compliance with regulations while enabling advanced analytics and reporting for data-driven decision-making.This will be a two phase process. Phase I will be a two envelope request for proposal, including a technical submission and a price submission. Phase II will be a demonstration of the proposed tool or solution on an invitational basis for top two candidates. Those top two candidates will be selected based on the evaluation of the Phase I request for proposal.
