The City of Victoria is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced professional fine art conservators with expertise in public art restoration and conservation to provide services related to project planning and management for the conservation, de-installation, transportation, and re-installation of Fins of Centennial Square, a large-scale outdoor artwork comprised of three concrete monoliths with Italian glass mosaic currently located in the Centennial Square fountain.
