Scope of Work : Oak Valley Health (OVH) invites all qualified contractors to submit their qualification and pricing proposals for the OVH Temporary Heliport Construction at Fields of Uxbridge.The project scope includes the construction of a temporary heliport at the southeast corner of the intersection of Ball Road and Main Street North, in the Town of Uxbridge, ON. A mandatory site meeting will be held on August 7, 2024, 2:00 PM EST to review the existing site conditions. Bidders may request clarifications of this RFP by submitting all requests to the Bid Administrator through the secure messaging process in OTP no later than August 13, 2024, 2:00 PM EST. Bid Administrator: Mohawk Medbuy Corp. (MMC). Responses must be received before August 22, 2024, 2:00 PM EST. Respondents must submit responses electronically through OTP only. Responses received after the RFP closing time, or in any other manner than as specified in the RFP, will not be considered.A public bid opening will be held to announce the bid prices of the qualified bidders only. A notice of public opening details will be communicated through OTP.
