The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A- to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to Cone Beam CT Replacement (the “Project”).
The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant.
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code.
More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A-.
Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute-Care Projects greater than $1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects greater than $1M.
