The work of the SLM/CSA team/firm is expected to provide an overall context and enabling environment for more efficient, effective and impactful biodiversity monitoring. In light of such, the SLM/CSA Team shall:i. Establish baselines, develop plans and implement necessary actions in project prioritized watersheds for CSA/SLM and biodiversity conservation;ii. Design and develop a national LiDAR-based inventory; this inventory will establish a baseline of forest volume and biomass, and their spatial distribution;iii. Facilitate consultations, collaboration and co-management approaches across actors - Forestry, Agriculture, Tourism, Community Development as well as robust stakeholder engagement and buy in on SLM and CSA practice across government and communities;iv.
