Description : Engagement of an Individual Consultant for Establishment and Implementation of a Laboratory Management System (LMS) Requirements based on ISO 17025:2017 Standard

The Small Value Procurement for hiring of consultant will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The Terms of Reference (TOR) may be downloaded in the PhilGEPS and LLDA website or may be requested in person or email using the contact information below. The project must be completed within six months period reckoned from the effectivity date stated in the Notice to Proceed issued for the project.

As such, eligible individual consultant are invited to submit their quotations/proposals (signed by you or duly authorized representative) with attached Professional License/Curriculum Vitae not later than July 19, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the attached TOR.
