Description : This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to update and deliver the California Air Resources Board¿s (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) verifier accreditation training curriculum to help ensure a robust pool of competent verifiers. The LCFS Regulation requires that verifiers must meet specified competency requirements and complete CARB-approved training. Candidates without prior specified biofuels auditing experience must also take CARB-approved comprehensive general verification training, in addition to the training specific to the LCFS program and pass an examination. The Contractor shall be required to enhance and update the existing training and examination materials and administer the training and examinations to potential LCFS verifiers consistent with the requirements of the Regulation.
